Today's insight

Others may easily overlook or dismiss you because of your age or status, but you are called to stand firm. True influence comes through being "an example of the believers" in every part of daily life. By guarding your conduct "in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity," your life can point others to what is good.

Reflect

In which of these areas—your speech, your daily conduct, your love, or your purity—is God inviting you to set a better example today?

Prayer

Lord, help me to walk faithfully and not be discouraged when others look down on me. Guard my words and actions today, and strengthen my faith and love. Make me a pure and gentle example to those around me.
