Verse of the Day

A verse from an earlier day, with its reflection and prayer.

Wholehearted praise

“I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.”

Read in context Explain

Today's insight

When life pulls your attention in many directions, offering praise "with my whole heart" brings your entire focus back to the Lord. Gratitude is not meant to stay hidden inside you; it calls you to actively speak about and "shew forth all thy marvellous works." Remembering what God has done gives you steady joy and strength for whatever you will face today.

Reflect

What is one marvellous work God has done in your life that you can openly share with someone today?

Prayer

Lord, I choose to praise You today with my undivided heart. Help me to notice Your goodness and speak boldly of all the wonderful things You have done. Let my words bring honor to Your name throughout this day.

AI-written reflection on the verse above. Let Scripture itself be the main thing — read the whole chapter.
