Today's insight

This verse invites you to look at the world and recognize that God’s presence is not hidden or small. His name is "excellent" throughout the entire earth, yet his majesty is so vast that he has "set" his glory even higher than the heavens. Whether you are looking at the ground beneath your feet or the sky above your head, you are surrounded by the evidence of his greatness.

Reflect

In the middle of your busy schedule today, will you take a moment to look at the world around you and notice the excellence of God's handiwork?

Prayer

O LORD, my Lord, I stand in awe of how your name fills the whole earth with beauty. Thank you for displaying your glory far above the heavens and for allowing me to know you today. Amen.
