All things for good

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

Today's insight

Life often brings moments of confusion and pain, but this verse assures you that God is actively at work behind the scenes. It does not promise that every event itself is pleasant, but that "all things work together for good" for those who love Him. If you "love God" and walk as one of "the called according to his purpose," you can rest in the certainty that no circumstance in your day is wasted.

Reflect

What difficult situation in your life right now are you finding it hard to believe God can use for good?

Prayer

Lord, increase my love for You, especially when my circumstances feel heavy and uncertain. Help me to trust that You are weaving every part of my life toward Your good purpose. Amen.
