1 Peter: Hope in Suffering
Peter wrote to scattered believers who were misunderstood, insulted and suffering for their faith, pointing them to a living hope through the risen Jesus, a new identity as God's people, and the example of Christ who suffered for us — walk through all five chapters in seven days and find hope that holds in hard times. Peter's call to endure is about suffering for doing good and for Christ — it is never a reason to stay where you are being abused or are unsafe; if that is you, please reach out to someone you trust today.
