About this journey

A journey is a short, themed path through Scripture, one day at a time: a passage to read, a short reflection, a question to journal on and a prayer.

Start at day 1 and go at your own pace — your progress and private journal are saved on this device and synced if you sign in. A “Beta” tag means a pastor has not reviewed the journey yet.

Elisha: A Double Portion

Elisha left his plough to serve Elijah, refused to leave his side and asked for a double portion of his spirit. These seven days follow his story from 1 Kings 19 to 2 Kings 6, exploring wholehearted calling, faithful companionship, care for the poor, humility, freedom from greed and eyes opened to God's presence.
